The company MieuxqueParis provides Internet users with an intermediation service between Internet users who wish to offer their real estate for rental and individuals who wish to reserve real estate for their trip.
MieuxqueParis is, under no circumstances, responsible for the advertisements presented on its Site. At most, MieuxqueParis will endeavor, as quickly as possible, to intervene if an advert is reported by a user as inappropriate.
Below you will find the specific rules applicable to this intermediation service.
Conditions relating to travelers:
1/ Account creation
To benefit from these services, the Internet user must create an account by following the instructions on the registration form. The rules relating to personal data are defined in the General Conditions.
2/ Search and reservation on MieuxqueParis.com
Search: You can search for Host Services using criteria such as the type of Host Service , the location you wish to go to based on travel time, travel dates and number of beds in a house or apartment . You can also use filters to refine your search results: swimming pool, proximity to shops, budget, view, garden, parking, wifi, security, etc.
Search results are based on their relevance to your search. Suitability considers factors such as price, availability, popularity, host requirements (e.g. minimum or maximum number of nights), and more.
Reservation: Reservations on the Site are free except for additional services. When you book a Listing, you agree to pay the accommodation price set out in the Listing. We in no case take care of the deposit, this is to be done directly with the host . Just like the additional services, they are to be done directly with the host: daily and/or final cleaning, cook, private driver, baby bed and many other things. Gardening is taken care of by the host.
Please note that the Site only offers connections between hosts and Internet users. Thus, the Company does not manage the reservation calendar or any other administrative aspect at any time. If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact the host directly.
Filtering of Ads: Depending on the location where you wish to go, you will have, following a transport time and quality of life criteria that you have indicated, the corresponding goods according to the chronological order of appearance on the Site.
3/ Cancellations, reservation refunds
Cancellation is free up to 2 weeks before the reservation date, otherwise 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. If, in the event of force majeure, the host is forced to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded in full.
4/ Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone present. If you are booking for an additional Guest who is a minor in a Host Service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.

Host : MieuxqueParis.com offers you the right to use the platform to share your accommodation with travelers via your Professional User Account. Creating an Ad is very easy via your interface. You control the way you welcome Travelers, and you set your price ( We only take 10% of the rental price ), your availability and your rules for each Listing.
Contract with Guests: When you accept a booking request or receive a booking confirmation on the platform, you enter into a contract directly with the Guest and are responsible for providing the Host Service on the terms and at the price specified in your announcement, just like the additional services that you can offer to travelers: daily and/or final cleaning, cook, private driver, baby bed and many other things. Gardening will be your responsibility. You will receive 90% of the amount immediately without delay from our site MieuxqueParis.com. You will be responsible for the inventory of your travelers’ entry and exit locations. As such, we recommend that someone be present and first take photos and/or videos of all your belongings on site as well as mention this to your home insurance.
6/ Management of your Advertisement
Creation and management of your ad: MieuxqueParis.com provides tools that allow you to easily configure and manage an ad. Your ad must include complete and precise information on your host service, your price, other additional costs to be discussed directly with the traveler if they request them. We in no way take care of the deposit, this is to be done directly with the traveler.
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and for keeping your listing information (including your calendar availability dates) and content (such as photos) up-to-date and accurate at all times. . You can modify your ad as well as the availability dates at any time.
You guarantee the Company against any fraudulent Advertisement. All Advertisements contrary to the General or Special Conditions will be deleted without notice.
The Advertiser is notified that their Advertisements may be used in the context of the Site’s advertising publications to promote its services to consumers. As such, any Advertisement could be shared on any medium, especially on the Company’s social media networks. This advertising will be based on the description of the property and its photographs. No personal data will be shared in the context of this advertising. At most, the Advertiser’s name may appear in the advertisement if it is a legal entity. The Advertiser may at any time oppose the use of one of their Advertisements or all of their Advertisements by going through the following link https://mieuxqueparis.com/contactez-nous/ and specifying their choices.

7/ Reservation cancellations
Cancellations: As a Host, you must not cancel a Guest’s reservation without good reason, except in cases of force majeure, as indicated in your home insurance. If this is the case, the traveler will be fully reimbursed and you will not receive the rental income, you still have to contact your insurance. Cancellation for travelers is free up to 2 weeks before the reservation, otherwise 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
8/ Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and those of persons you authorize to participate in the provision of your Host Services. You are responsible for the pricing, rules and requirements of your listing. We recommend that you describe all fees and ancillary items charged in the description of your ad, which will not go through MieuxqueParis.com.
MieuxqueParis does not guarantee the rental of the goods offered on the Site.
